Personalized Welcome Packet: Guests received a digital packet containing essential information, a map, and an interactive itinerary, enhancing anticipation and building brand trust.

Arrival & Pick Up

Meet & Greet Service: Friendly and knowledgeable staff greeted guests, ensuring a smooth transition and eliminating any anxieties.

The Drive

Branded Chauffeur Service: Luxury transportation with engaging digital displays showcasing CGI’s achievements and local highlights.

Lobby

A personalized and dynamic welcome screen tailoring content to each guest’s interests and industry.

An interactive walkway with captivating content provided an engaging introduction to CGI’s brand story.

Interactive displays, gesture-controlled meeting rooms, and dynamic content tailored to individual profiles ensured an engaging and memorable experience for every guest.

PROJECTION SYSTEMS

State-of-the-art meeting rooms featured gesture-controlled 10-foot projection systems, allowing for dynamic and interactive presentations that captivated audiences.

Meeting Rooms

Each meeting room was equipped with cutting-edge large projection systems. Using intuitive gesture control, guests could navigate 12-foot screens, showcasing CGI’s services and capabilities in an impactful and interactive manner.
